1. Do I have to pay a fee for your services? No. We work "company fee paid" positions only. The companies that utilize our professional services have agreed to pay for any services rendered. In addition, the fees paid by our clients do not affect the compensation level of the employees.

2. How long will it take for me to get a job? That depends on many factors. The type of position you want, your skills and experience, the market conditions at the particular time you are searching for a job and the amount of effort and quality of effort you put into your job search are all variables that affect the time it takes to secure a job.

3. How does the process work? Although the companies we work with "pay the bills," we view both clients and candidates as customers. Therefore, we are constantly reviewing our clients' needs and candidates' credentials and career goals for good matches. With a potential match, we first contact the candidate to verify that the position is one of interest, then we make a presentation of the candidate's background and qualifications to the client. The next step is arranging an interview and preparing both parties, then following up with both. At the same time, we are completing our background check of the candidate to verify employment history and skills. Through the whole process, we are measuring the level of interest of both parties and working towards a job offer and acceptance. This process will vary somewhat depending on the level of the position and what company it is with, as well as whether it is a direct hire or temporary assignment.

4. What types of positions do you place? Our focus is in the accounting / finance, administrative, clerical, customer service, human resources, sales / marketing, legal and medical office disciplines.

5. If I submit a resume for a particular position, will I be considered for other positions? Yes.

6. How long do resumes remain active? Resumes remain active for between three and six months depending on the position level, then they are archived in the office. Resumes remain in the archives a minimum of three years and can be reactivated and updated.

7. How often will I receive updates on the status of my search? Our contacts with you will usually be driven by a very specific topic such as presenting a position, arranging an interview or gathering more information about your selling points. Because of the volume of contacts we make, we are often unable to regularly update candidates as we might like. However, that does not mean we have forgotten you -- we are simply maximizing our efforts on getting you in front of clients.

8. Do I need to come to your office for an interview? We conduct both telephone interviews and in office interviews with candidates. Initial interviews often are by telephone, with a visit to the office at a later time that fits your schedule.

9. What is the payroll process for temporary employees? Our field employees are paid weekly. Time cards are due in the office on the Monday following the week worked and paychecks are available beginning Thursday at noon. Checks can be picked up or mailed at the employee's request and checks are delivered to accounts with five or more employees. A complete payroll policy is available at our office.
