About the job

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining customer relationships via regularly planned customer-lifecycle touch points. Primary duties include providing superior customer service & support to assigned Key Accounts and sales channel partners. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, efficient and detail orientated with a “can-do” attitude to join the Sales team and champion the successes of the Sales Managers by helping them meet and exceed revenue goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to meet and exceed sales goals

• Create, enter, and track equipment orders in SAP

• Proactively communicate order status information to provide superior customer service, and ensure timely delivery

• Respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ’s), and pro forma needs in a timely and accurate fashion

• Back up shipping and invoicing functions as needed

• Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and other information

• Execute direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling or email marketing

• Provide monthly recap of sales activity and reports to specific campaigns

• Provide support to the Key Account, Inside Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers

• Creation and updating of sales presentations, sales manuals and related educational and marketing materials

• Increase product knowledge through attendance of training seminars

• Answer requests for sales analysis from the sales team members

Job Requirements

Educational/Computer/Work Experience Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in business or a related field, or 2 or more years of equivalent work experience in B2B and B2C sales

• Highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP

• 2+ years’ work experience supporting a sales team

• 2+ years’ work experience in shipping and logistics

• Ability to travel for several trade shows per year
