Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Administrator for a new opening with our client, an established property management firm located in the heart of the Tria. The Commercial Property Administrator will handle a range of property management and general administrative responsibilities within a close-knit office environment. The starting salary is negotiable based on experience.

Temp to Hire OR possible Direct Hire

Job Duties


  • Communicate effectively with current and prospective commercial clientele
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting
  • Process contracts and leasing agreements
  • Review incoming payments and apply to appropriate accounts
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to solve structural needs
  • Oversee security and sanitation vendor activities
  • Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3 - 5 years of property management experience (preferably in a commercial property environment)
  • Basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience
