Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a l Recruiter for a long term contract and a temp to hire opportunity. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months corporate recruitment experience or 2 years of full cycle professional/ light industrial recruitment. This professional will be responsible for assisting corporate talent acquisitions with funneling candidates through the recruitment process and managing events. This is a long term contract with a Fortune 500 client here in Greensboro.

Job Duties:

  • Managing open requisitions
  • Coordinating candidates through the interview process including but not limited to: reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Posting job positions
  • Updating internal applicant tracking system on status
  • Updating reports to ensure correct status is on all req's
  • Assisting Talent Acquisitions team will all necessary details

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months corporate recruitment or 2 years staffing experience in professional and light industrial recruitment
  • Ability to navigate with ease through applicant tracking systems
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a highly professional environment including corresponding with executives
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred
