Part time position in an established furniture manufacturing company, family owned & operated based in Greensboro, NC. Employee will be expected to quickly build comprehensive knowledge of the products, computer system and business processes in order assist in servicing our E-Comm data needs. Responsibilities include:

  • General file maintenance and updating website via our content management portal.
  • Monitor customer websites for product information accuracy and adherence to our Internet Policy.
  • Work with our E-Commerce partners, as well as our internal staff, with excel and document needs.
    • Commerce Hub, vendor portals, etc.
  • On-going communication with customer-specific support team on any new customer milestones or potential issues.
  • Marketing interface for key e-comm accounts including website review and product set-up sheet maintenance to ensure customers and sales force have all accurate information.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of formulas, vlookup, etc., in Excel required (a test is conducted during the interview process).
  • Customer service experience, or ability to work with a variety of customer types (B2B, B2C) required.
  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ecommerce experience preferred.
  • Must have attention to detail, learn quickly, work quickly, be able to multi-task and problem-solve independently while also working in a collaborative, open office environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
