Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant for several new openings with our clients in the Triad area. Selected candidates should have a strong administrative background and previous experience with job boards and HRIS systems. Our client offers excellent benefits and long-term growth opportunities. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience.

  • Pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour DOE

 Job Duties

  • New Hire Paperwork – complete I-9, file, assist in maintaining records
  • Assist in Onboarding process, including MVR checks if applicable, drug screening, etc.
  • New Hire Orientation
  • Recruitment of field employees
  • Monthly New Hire Enrollment
  • Daily benefit questions
  • Back up HR Data entry
  • Deductions
  • New Hire entries
  • Term entries
  • Track vacations and complete monthly vacation calendar
  • Back up data entry for AP, enter invoices and maintain accurate filing
  • Other administrative duties including, filing, answering phone, etc.

Job Requirements

Human Resources Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Previous administrative HRIS experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
