Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a talented Logistics Administrator for our client in Greensboro. Interested candidates should have excellent administrative and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in both an office and a warehouse environment, and be comfortable working a 12 hour shift. Training will take place on 1st shift, then will transition to a 7pm - 7am Monday thru Thursday schedule. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with fantastic long-term potential. Starting pay is $15 per hour and the client would like a selected candidate to be prepared to start work by April 5th.

Job Description

Generate and edit all orders for outbound shipment.

Audit outbound shipments.

Complete data entry tasks quickly and accurately.

Actively coordinate with various members of administrative and warehouse teams.

Update customer orders and associated paperwork.

Job Requirements


Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shipping & Receiving or Inventory Control Administrator OR college coursework in supply chain studies.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work late and work weekends as needed.
