Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced accounting professional for a contract part time opportunity with one of our clients north of Winston Salem. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of accounts payable experience including 3 way match. This position will be four hours a day five days a week.



Job Duties:

  • Assist accounting department with entering invoicing
  • Prepare and file invoices
  • Perform 3 way match of invoices including coding and entering into the system
  • Emailing customers when necessary

Job Requirements


  • 2 years of AP experience preferred
  • Ability to work part time Monday-Friday
  • Superior communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to start work immediately
