Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking to assist a well established client in Greensboro, NC currently recruiting for a Parts Inventory Specialist. All candidates considered for the opportunity MUST have a valid drivers license and have intermediate computer and data entry skills. 

Temp-to-hire opportunity

Pay range: $18-21/hr. 

Shift: Monday through Friday; 8a-5p

As a Parts Inventory Specialist, you will be completing tasks such as: 

  • Maintaining quality relations with all customers and vendors.
  • Accurately track and input parts accounted for/loss into computer systems.
  • Obtain all necessary information from customers pertaining to their parts needs to expedite sourcing their parts orders.
  • Promptly process all vendor invoices by verifying quantity and cost.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Consolidate orders with other branches.
  • Transport materials through facility.
  • Prepare van stocks as specific to departmental guidelines.
  • Assist with opening and closing the facility as needed.
  • Prepare, ship and receive parts orders into inventory accurately.

Job Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications of Ideal Parts Inventory Specialists:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Inventory Control experience preferred.
