Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking customer service representatives for a temp to hire opportunity with a local medical supplies company. This position is responsible for supporting customer by supplying them with information about products, assisting with processing orders and ensuring customers are taken care of. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, a minimum of 2 years of experience and a desire to work in an energetic team driven environment!

Job Duties:

  • Perform outbound calls to customers to discuss products
  • Answer customer questions about what products they will need to purchase
  • Assist customers with processing orders and setting them up for reoccurring shipments
  • Update internal database with sales and orders
  • Email customers product details when requested
  • Work with sales team to ensure consistent growth of the company

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, food service industry all accepted)
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • Desire to help others and work on a team
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to retain product information
  • Ability to understand HIPPA regulations and updates and changes to policies
  • Superior customer service attitude!!
  • Health care industry experience preferred but not required
