Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Administrative professional with a strong understanding of AP. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience in an excel driven environment. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a wonderful fast pace client.


Job Duties:

  • Transfer incoming call to correct departments
  • Assist with processing all company mail
  • Open and process invoices including applying credit card payments
  • Apply invoices to purchase orders
  • Monitor open purchase orders and communicate with necessary clients
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Review and monitor transactions
  • Contact clients on passed due accounts
  • Update client records

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative support
  • Superior excel skills
  • Experience working a multi line switchboard
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with invoices
