Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced recruiter for a new opportunity with a local client in the Triad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting and staffing, new hire processing, and worker’s comp reporting. Starting pay is negotiable based on experience.

Salary: 60,000 DOE

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday 7:30-11:30.

Recruiter Job Duties:

  • Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Posts open positions on company website, job boards, and social media sites
  • Conducts initial phone screening interviews and invites
  • Manages candidate criminal background checks
  • Assist with processing applications and conducting employment references
  • Ensure all candidates receive onboarding documents and have successfully completed Conduct New Employee Orientations
  • Enters new team member information into payroll systems and works with managers to ensure that all needed information is collected
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events
  • Help respond to inquiries from candidates, employees, and managers
  • Assist with projects aimed at improving general HR processes
  • Assist in worker compensation accident reporting
  • Perform such other duties as assigned by HR Manager

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lift packages to support mail processing.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to balance multiple openings and re-prioritize according to changing business needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications of Job:

  • Two-Four years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably focused on manufacturing/distribution required.
  • Two or Four year college degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work a non-standard schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to travel nationwide with extended overnight travel as needed (10-20%).
  • Experience working with ATS & HRIS systems, ADP and SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Event Representation experience
