Job Description

 Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Representative for one of our clients in High Point. Ideal candidates will have experience with order entry, shipment tracking and managing customer needs. Ideal candidates will have experience with ERM's such as AS400 or SAP. 

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with outside sales representatives to provide pricing, availability and delivery updates for customers
  • Update information within intern ERM to ensure accurate information
  • Assist with generating samples and processing sample requests
  • Enter in client orders 
  • Review orders daily and advise logistics and production on order needs
  • Provide pricing sheets to customers
  • Work through any claims or issues with orders including coordinating with sales and accounting departments

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of order processing experience
  • Knowledge of AS400 preferred
  • Ability to problem solve 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
