Job Requirements of Shipping and Receiving Clerk:
Job Duties
- Ship customer orders via FedEx, UPS, DHL or other local carriers.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify quality of products.
- Schedule pick-ups and ship off invoices.
- Utilize ERP/inventory software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Enter materials accurately into inventory software.
- Load, unload, check and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments of materials, products, equipment and supplies using forklift.
- Pull orders for shipment and verify quantity prior to shipment.
- Perform and execute all material transactions in computer database.
- Verify incoming goods and replenish stock in warehouse.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of recent warehouse clerk experience.
- Proven history of great attendance.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Previous experience with Order Entry, Invoicing and Scheduling Pick-Ups.
- Order Pulling experience, preferably using RF scanners.
- Previous experience using ERP software.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a shipping and receiving clerk for our client in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent shipping and receiving clerk experience and the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required. This position is Monday-Friday and rotates from 7am-3:30pm and 9am-5:30pm, weekly.
