Job Requirements of Construction Project Coordinator:
Job Duties
- Track percentage of work complete against the Construction Schedule. Produce weekly interim schedule with material orders and equipment deliveries. Monitor job cost against as-bid budget
- Provide jobsite with administrative support including but not limited to progress tracking, identifying, and filling out proper documentation for Potential Change Orders, submittals, record documents and daily job reports
- Maintain Jobsite Inspection Tracking Report
- Attend jobsite meetings on behalf of Project Manager and report meeting minutes to office immediately as required after meeting
- Receive, inventory, track, and secure delivered materials; input all necessary transactions into inventory system, providing proper documentation in a timely manner and ensuring delivery to the jobsite per work scheduled
- Inspect, monitor, and report misuse of material, tools, and rental equipment
- Manage field crew requests for material, speak with Foreman/superintendent daily to determine material needed for field crews and properly stage for the following day.
Requirements
- One year’s experience utilizing Procore Project Management or equivalent software. Ability to read plans. Electrical knowledge is a plus
- Previous Material Management and Inventory control and tracking experience a plus
- Exceptional competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Outlook calendar and MS Projects
- Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time
- OSHA 10 is required. OSHA 30 and Forklift Certification is a plus
- Associates Degree, Technical Degree in related study or 1-year construction experience in related field a requirement
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening

Construction Project Coordinator
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Project Administrator for a new opportunity with our client, a rapidly growing construction firm located in the Triad. The Construction Project Administrator will be the liaison between the office and field for multiple jobs that monitors daily activities, ensuring jobs are meeting agreed upon objectives, including schedule, manpower, communications, and record documents.
