Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. Greensboro, NC (Onsite) Full-Time
$17.00 - $18.00 /Hour

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for our clients in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work overtime as required. This position primarily works from 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday), with overtime as required.

Job Requirements:

Job Duties:

  • Start machines, monitor operations, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Produce high quality parts and perform the necessary steps as identify by the work order.
  • Inspect products to ensure that specifications are met and to determine if machines need adjustment.
  • Ensure that the machine cycle is maintained.
  • Inspect machinery to determine whether repairs are needed.
  • Record information about work completed and machine settings.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven record of good attendance.
  • At least 2 years of recent machine operation or assembly experience.
  • Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safety documents.
  • Physically capable of manual lifting that includes bending and reaching. Ability to lift 50 pounds (for short bursts).
