Track shipments and provide updates to customers

Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Freight Broker

Strong knowledge of brokering freight and negotiating rates

Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Sylectus, and Internet Truck Stop

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
