Duties and Responsibilities: This position reports to the Process Controls Engineer or their designated representative. The role operates independently as assigned and includes the following responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot manufacturing and site equipment
• Repair mechanical and electrical components
• Oversee the spare parts management program
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Supervise contractors involved in site or plant repairs
• Be available on-call during off-hours

Education Requirements:

• An associate's degree from a two-year college or university is preferred, or five years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Experience and Expertise:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, encompassing skills in electrical work, HVAC, pressure vessels, plumbing systems, welding, and other maintenance areas.

• Ability to read and interpret various documents, including written communications, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing logical conclusions.

• Proficient in evaluating problems and solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

• Skillful in managing multiple competing priorities.
