Job Requirements of Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift):
Duties and Responsibilities: This position reports to the Process Controls Engineer or their designated representative. The role operates independently as assigned and includes the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and site equipment
- Repair mechanical and electrical components
- Oversee the spare parts management program
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Supervise contractors involved in site or plant repairs
- Be available on-call during off-hours
Education Requirements:
- An associate's degree from a two-year college or university is preferred, or five years of relevant experience and/or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Experience and Expertise:

A minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, encompassing skills in electrical work, HVAC, pressure vessels, plumbing systems, welding, and other maintenance areas.

Ability to read and interpret various documents, including written communications, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing logical conclusions.

Proficient in evaluating problems and solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

Skillful in managing multiple competing priorities.

Our client in Greensboro is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work 2nd shift (3pm to 11:30pm). This is a direct hire position.
