- A sense of urgency to deliver fast and accurate responses to dealer concerns.
- Ability to take direction well, either written or verbally.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to be detail oriented and multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency.

Auto Parts Clerk
Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting professionals for an Automotive Parts Clerk position with our client located in Greensboro, NC. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of parts technical service experience, preferably within a heavy truck or manufacturing industry.
Hours: Monday-Friday
Pay: $17-$20 per hour

Job Description
This position is responsible for providing parts catalogue and technical parts support to dealers and customers throughout North America.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Ensure fast and accurate responses to all dealer parts identification questions through a global case management tool.
- Support customer business and ensure issues and concerns are handled promptly and efficiently
- Communication of the solution and necessary field action to our customers throughout North America via bill of material, technical bulletins, product updates, e-mail, and phone.
- Identify parts cataloguing concerns and implement fixes to ensure accurate information is provided to our customers.
- Champion catalogue and backend system improvements to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain detailed call/email logs of all customer inquiries & requests for assistance with the company’s case management system.
- Maintain communication with both the Production and Engineering team to ensure accurate information is provided to the customer.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Management
