- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred but not required.
- At least five years high volume, full cycle, recruitment experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process in a healthcare environment highly preferred

Healthcare Recruiter
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for a new opportunity with our client, an industry-leading organization in the Triad.
The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Contract
- 55-80K rang DOE
- Mon-Fri | 8:00am - 5pm

Main Duties:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Proactively sources and develops talent pipelines to include building and maintaining a diverse network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Ensures candidates and hiring managers have an ideal experience by ensuring timely contact, feedback and customer support throughout the interviewing process.
- Ensures accurate data input into the applicant tracking system.
- Creates and publishes job postings and advertisements.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews and oversees interview process through selection and hire.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resource director during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Will act as customer service for all employees and department heads and accommodate request in a timely manner.
- Builds positive relationships with colleges, associations and professional organizations by participating in networking events, job fairs and industry conferences.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
