Job Duties
- Read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation to complete tasks accurately.
- Construct and terminate single- and multi-conductor cables in accordance with specifications.
- Assemble and wire panels, harnesses, and enclosures while maintaining proper layout and routing.
- Terminate wires precisely, ensuring correct labeling, routing, and organization for optimal functionality.
- Perform soldering tasks to meet industry standards, ensuring durable and high-quality connections.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of practical experience in wiring, soldering, or a related field.
- Proven record of good attendance.
- Proficient in interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Skilled in soldering, crimping, and wire termination
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Familiar with wiring and assembly tools, such as wire strippers, crimping tools, and multimeters.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Wiring & Assembly Technician
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Wiring & Assembly Technician for our client in the High Point area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of products used in the defense, research, and aerospace industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wiring, assembly, and precision workmanship, ensuring that all components meet strict quality standards and operate flawlessly. This position works 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with overtime as required.
