Assistant Property Manager
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our client's dynamic property management team in Greensboro. In this role, you will support the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring efficient management, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in real estate administration while contributing to the success of various properties and the satisfaction of tenants.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am until 5:00 pm
Pay: $20-$21 DOE
Type of employment: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day property management operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
- Support compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing program requirements.
- Maintain accurate resident and property files, ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Conduct income certifications, annual recertifications, and verifications as required.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with property inspections, vendor management, and work order tracking.
- Monitor rent delinquencies and work with residents to resolve payment issues.
- Participate in community outreach programs and resident engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, notices, and correspondence.
- Act as Property Manager in their absence to ensure continued smooth operations.
