Job Duties
- Assemble chairs and benches according to company guidelines, blueprints, and instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect and test assembled furniture for durability, stability, and quality assurance.
- Identify and report any defects or assembly issues to the supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven record of good attendance.
- Previous experience in furniture assembly, woodworking, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Furniture Assembler
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Furniture Assembler for our client in the Archdale area. As a Furniture Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various furniture pieces with precision and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience in furniture assembly and the ability to read blueprints/follow layouts. This position works 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as required.
