Senior Accountant
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant in the Triad area. This role is responsible for reconciling and adjusting various general ledger accounts and conducting moderately complex financial analysis. The position also supports the preparation of financial statements and reports by consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor bank activity and process ACH, wires, and check runs
- Post A/P transactions and prepare journal entries
- Perform monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations
- Analyze revenue and expense activity
- Oversee fixed asset and inventory processes
- Prepare daily sales reports and monthly commission calculations
- Support budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Handle 1099 forms, tax filings, and internal audit requests
- Upload financial data using OneStream and prepare metrics reports
- Collaborate with leadership and Corporate Finance on reporting needs
