Job Duties

• Responsible for all testing according to department quality and company standards, methods, and procedures.
• Utilize computer software system to document defects.
• Use the proven techniques under professional direction and quality guidelines to evaluate daily testing as required.
• Assist and provide data analysis and testing to support with resolving customer concerns and questions.
• Responsible for accurate sample preparation for specified testing. Understand the function, methods, and operation of all test equipment.
• Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Respond to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown.
• Troubleshoots (when necessary).
• Performing tests on mechanical systems.
• Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors and devices.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Performance of Operator duties, as needed.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.

Job Requirements

• 2 or more years of recent experience as an quality technician.
• Experience with basic industrial equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Flexible to work 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
