Core Responsibilities
- Run and oversee machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures
- Load/unload materials with attention to balance and space optimization
- Perform quality checks and flag any issues immediately
- Keep machinery clean and well-maintained; notify maintenance as needed
- Comply with all workplace safety protocols and report hazards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Log materials movement and contribute to production reporting
- Help onboard new team members and share best practices
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflow and efficiency
Key Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of machine operation
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability
- Familiarity with safety standards for industrial machinery
- Physically capable of lifting and organizing materials
- Detail-oriented with solid communication and teamwork skills

Our client in High Point is seeking an experienced machine operator for 1st shift. This position is temp-to-hire on a Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm schedule.
