Wiring Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and Read Schematics: Accurately interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to complete assignments.
- Cable Assembly: Build and terminate single- or multi-conductor cables, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Enclosure Wiring: Assemble and wire enclosures, panels, and harnesses with attention to layout and routing.
- Wire Termination and Routing: Terminate wires with precision, ensuring proper labeling, routing, and organization for operational reliability.
- Soldering: Perform soldering work adhering to high standards (e.g., IPC-620 and J-STD-001) to ensure durable, high-quality connections.
- Repetitive Tasks with Precision: Maintain focus and consistency during repetitive tasks while delivering 100% accuracy.

Wiring Tech - High Point
We are seeking a highly skilled Wiring Technician for our client in High Point, NC. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products for clients in the defense, research, and aerospace sectors. This position involves precision work in building, wiring, and assembling components that must meet stringent quality standards and function flawlessly.
Pay is DOE - $15 to $25/hr
Shift = Monday through Thursday, 6am to 430pm (with possible OT on Fridays)
