Key Responsibilities:

• Film Conversion: Efficiently convert master bobbin film to specific, custom slit widths per job specifications.
• Machine Setup: Perform proper machine setups to ensure seamless operation and maintain quality control of the finished product.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect and confirm the quality of finished products, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications.
• Production Support: Address issues with nonconforming film by cutting, recycling, or reselling it. Respond promptly to line breaks and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Handle the recycling process and ensure proper management of materials.
• Stocking & Supply Management: Regularly restock machinery with necessary materials and packaging supplies to maintain smooth production flow.
