Job Requirements of Food Processing Operator:
Job Duties
- Inspect kettles and valves to ensure they are properly cleaned before use.
- Confirm that all necessary ingredients for daily production are available and correct.
- Adhere to batch sheet instructions for each specific product throughout the shift.
- Operate and monitor the machinery according to batch sheet specifications.
- Adjust mixer speeds as needed to maintain optimal production conditions.
- Collect and submit daily product samples for quality assurance testing.
- Assist with packaging tasks when additional support is required.
- Execute procedures to maintain sanitation and equipment readiness.
- Participate in end-of-shift cleaning, including floor maintenance and putting away sanitized parts.
- Maintain machine valves by ensuring they are cleaned and functioning properly.
- Operate a forklift to transport products safely within the facility.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow, minimizing production disruptions during breaks and meal times.
Job Requirements
- Must be capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift.
- Physically able to handle job duties that involve extended periods of standing, sitting, lifting, climbing stairs or ladders, and other physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and meet production deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, dynamic environment.
- Must be self-sufficient and able to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating various equipment, tools, and services.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and management.
- Possession of a valid company-issued forklift certification.

Food Processing Operator
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Food Process Operator for our client near Browns Summit. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience with a food manufacturer. Skills needed include lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently, using hand tools, machine operation, and forklift operation. This position works from 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as required.
