Job Requirements of Manufacturing and Production Supervisor:

The manufacturing supervisor/lead should have high-end, robust supervisory experience

The production supervisor/lead will oversee safety, full oversight of shift operations, and monitor/report mechanical failures

The manufacturing supervisor/lead will coordinate with maintenance for repairs

The production supervisor/lead will lead employees to achieve production tasks assigned by management

The manufacturing supervisor/lead will operate machinery, box trucks, forklifts, and other equipment and tools when necessary

The production supervisor/lead will ensure quality control, safety and company policies/procedures are followed

The manufacturing supervisor/lead will assist operators with machine issues

The production supervisor will ensure operators have all materials needed to do their job

The manufacturing supervisor will complete production cards

The production supervisor will assist with coaching employees

Manufacturing and Production Supervisor/Lead will oversee and/or perform other duties as assigned

Manufacturing and Production Supervisor
We are looking for a skilled, safe, and experienced Manufacturing and Production Leader for our clients in the Greensboro, Reidsville, and Brown Summit, NC areas!
**Experience leading both production and manufacturing is required!**
Pay Depending on Shift and Experience—$21 to $38/hr
Must be flexible with shift
Direct or temp-to-hire options!
