Advanced Personnel Resources has a couple of exciting new opportunities for a Human Resource Coordinator with a prestigious client of ours in the Triad (central NC) has an immediate need for a Human Resource Coordinator to join their exceptional and innovative team! This is a hands-on role that provides human resources support in a manufacturing environment.


  • This will be a Direct Hire OR Temp-to-Hire
  • $21-25 per hour

Primary responsibilities include:

HR Generalist Role: Help coordinate and manage Human resource-related functions including but not limited to: onboarding of new employees, payroll, employment engagement events, resolving employee issues, benefits processing and management, and maintaining employment confidentiality items, and being the right-hand person for the Human Resources Director in all manufacturing-related HR responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience 
  • Someone who holds high standards for confidential items
  • Strong computer skills including experience with ATS software.
