Strong problem-solving, inventory management, and communication skills.

Ability to balance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.

Proficiency in computer applications for tracking and reporting.

Sanitation Supervisor (3rd Shift)
Our client in Reidsville is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for 3rd shift. This position is direct hire and full-time with the company.
The Sanitation Supervisor oversees plant cleanliness, ensuring all production areas meet sanitation standards. This role involves leading and developing the sanitation team, identifying potential leaders for advancement, and ensuring compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies. The supervisor ensures all equipment is sanitized and correctly assembled before production begins, while also managing staff to meet departmental goals, including monitoring sanitation effectiveness, USDA compliance, and adherence to cleaning schedules.
