Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and utilities.

Analyze and diagnose plant equipment failures, design inefficiencies, and operational challenges.

Determine specifications for spare parts and oversee parts replacement as needed.

Uphold a high standard of safety by adhering to all safety regulations and programs, including BRC, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, OSHA standards, and refrigeration safety protocols.

Maintain documentation of maintenance work and system upgrades as required.

Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Maintenance Technician 2nd and 3rd Shift
Maintenance Technician
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Reidsville, NC. This role provides essential electro-mechanical expertise in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving equipment issues to ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in electrical, mechanical, or electronic maintenance or engineering is preferred.

2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including:
-
Mechanical systems
-
Hydraulics and pneumatics
-
Electronics and PLC controls
-
Power transmission equipment
-
-
Experience with forklifts, HAZMAT procedures, and sanitary welding is a plus.

Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
