- PHR and/or SHRM certification is a plus. Company supports obtaining and renewing certifications.
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources. Experience in multi-state payroll administration a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office required, ADP Workforce Now a plus.
- Strong analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills are important.

Human Resources Specialist
EXPANSION POSITION with our client, an industry leader with operations in the Triad (central NC). This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
Major Responsibilities:
The HR Specialist will play a key role in providing support across various HR functions including: recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations and general HR administration. Will have decision making and management responsibility of various HR programs including: EAP and health education programs, wellness, employee events, surveys and training and development administration.
