Bilingual Sales & Operations Coordinator
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Operations Coordinator for a growing organization in Whitsett, NC. This position will support day-to-day administrative and customer service operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunitiy
Pay: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Review product availability and process internal purchase orders
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and orders for spare parts and kits
- Provide HTS codes for shipments
- Maintain and update databases related to machine projects and kits
- Coordinate repairs and assist with inventory control
- Proactively follow up on past-due reports, order statuses, and outstanding invoices
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
