Sanitation Manager (3rd shift)
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sanitation Manager (3rd Shift) for an opportunity with our client in the Triad. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring total cleanliness in all production areas of the plant. This role involves directing and developing the sanitation team, identifying potential leads, and preparing them for advancement within the organization. The supervisor must ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures to protect employees and minimize the organization's exposure to loss and liability. Additionally, the supervisor is accountable for ensuring that all equipment is sanitary and correctly assembled before the start of each production day.
In this role, you will manage hourly employees and 2 supervisors.
This is a Direct Hire paying between 85/95K annually PLUS Bonus: 14% approximately
Schedule: 10:00 pm-8:00 am, M-F, must be able to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Ensure all departmental associates comply with EH&S policies and procedures.
- Accountable for ensuring all equipment is sanitary and assembled correctly before startup each morning.
- Manage hourly associates to achieve departmental goals such as swab failure rate and USDA non-compliance reports.
- Actively support employee and labor relations activities to increase employee engagement.
- Direct and develop the sanitation team, identifying potential leads for advancement.
