Job Requirements of Quality/Machine Technician (12-Hour Night Shift):
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for all testing according to department quality and company standards, methods, and procedures.
- Utilize computer software system to document defects.
- Use the proven techniques under professional direction and quality guidelines to evaluate daily testing as required.
- Assist and provide data analysis and testing to support with resolving customer concerns and questions.
- Responsible for accurate sample preparation for specified testing. Understand the function, methods, and operation of all test equipment.
- Performs assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
- Performs scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Respond to and corrects equipment stoppage/mechanical breakdown.
- Troubleshoots (when necessary).
- Performing tests on mechanical systems.
- Repairs/replaces worn/defective parts, motors and devices.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area.
- Performance of Operator duties, as needed.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
Job Qualifications"
- 2 or more years of recent experience as an quality inspector and machine technician.
- Experience with basic industrial equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
- Flexible to work 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Quality/Machine Technician (12-Hour Night Shift)
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Quality/Machine Technician for our client in the Whitsett area. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of recent quality inspection and machine operation. This role works 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
