Job Requirements of Chemical Batch Maker:
Responsibilities
- Off-load product from bulk container to bulk storage.
- Package product from bulk storage into drums and totes.
- Assure all fittings and closures are secure.
- Affix proper labels to finish goods and raw materials.
- Be able to read, understand and abide by service delivery standards.
- Understand hazard labeling systems.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the production facility.
- Miscellaneous maintenance on industrial equipment, e.g. handling wrenches, etc.
- Drive fork lift.
- Load pallets of drums onto truck trailers with fork lift.
- Follow instructions of lead chemical operator and supervisor.
- Calculate using basic mathematics.
- Operate Human Machine Interface Computer.
- Responsible for own actions in a chemical environment as it relates to the safety of others.
- Running the waste water system.
- Make confined space entries.
Experience
- 1+ years of recent chemical or batch making experience.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Excel experience including expertise with advanced functions such as v-lookups and pivot tables.
- US citizenship or permanent resident visa required due to export controls regulations.
- Have experience working in heavy industrial chemical environment.

Direct Hire!
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (weekly rotations)
**Prior recent Chemical/batch making experience required!**
**Excel: advanced functions, v-lookups, and pivot tables.**
