- Four year degree in either healthcare administration, accounting/finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multi-specialty or group practice setting.
- Strong financial and business acumen. Strong leadership and customer service skills/experience. Strong performance management and organizational skills in a healthcare setting are important.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and financial management are important.
- Proficiency in practice management software, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics are important.

Business & Operations Practice Manager
Our client, a well-established and growing health care operation in the Triad (central NC), has an immediate opening for a Business & Operations Practice Manager. Responsibilities of the position include: 1) oversee the day-to-day operations, management, and coordination of the facility; 2) ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, program management, continuous service improvement, compliant and timely billing practices, and excellent patients-focused care; 3) work in an office setting within the multi-specialty practice; 4) work closely with the CFO to develop plans for and monitor financial performance.
