Temporary HR Admin
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Temporary HR Admin to join our client’s HR team in Greensboro, NC . This position is expected to last 6–9 months (with the possibility of extension depending on business needs) as the company transitions to a new HRIS system.
Pay: Low–mid $20s/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Format: Onsite role
Experience: At least 6 months–1 year in HR or related field preferred, due to the fast-paced environment and confidentiality requirements
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to HR (filing, data entry, document prep)
- Assist with employee engagement events (planning, vendor coordination, Canva/design support)
- Support HR during the HRIS transition with reporting, compliance, and recordkeeping
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
