Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a batch maker to join the team of a local company! This person will have experience working with chemicals and making chemical coatings. This person will also be flexible with availability as overtime is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Follow precise formulation instructions and recipes to create chemical batches.
- Measure and mix raw materials using standard and specialized equipment.
- Ensure accurate quantities and quality of ingredients are used in each batch.
- Operate and monitor mixing tanks, reactors, pumps, and other related machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper function.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure batches meet specifications and quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations from standard procedures or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs and quality control data.
