Job Requirements of Maintenance Mechanic:
Level 1 $22
- All of Pad Cleaning
- Hand tool operation
- Mechanically capable
- Equipment cleaning
- Preventative Maint.
- Capable of using side grinder, angle grinder and belt sander.
- Capable of drilling/tapping holes in various materials
- Replace pumps and motors with guidance from senior level GMM
- Replace mechanical components (gearbox, chain, sprocket, etc.) with guidance from senior level GMM
- Basic understanding/operation of emission control devices
- General knowledge of Compressed Air System, Chiller(s) & Cooling Tower(s) Systems
- Assist with assigned PM activities
- Completion of mechanical and/or electrical aptitude testing
Level 2 $24
- All Of Level 1
- Mechanical proficiency
- Mechanical Troubleshooting
- Pipe Cutting/Threading
- Basic Electrical Knowledge
- Manual machining abilities:
- Lathe
- Mill
- Bandsaw/Cutoff Saw
- Rebuild/repair pumps-AO Diaphragm & Motor Driven
- Troubleshoot/diagnose & replace mechanical drive system components or repair as needed
- General knowledge of SRU, Hot Oil Boiler, Steam Boiler, Scrubber & Afterburner Systems

We are searching for 2 experienced Maintenance Mechanics for two shifts in Kernersville, NC~
Direct Hire
$22-$24/hr DOE
2nd Shift - 2pm to 10pm
3rd Shift -10pm to 6am
