Job Requirements of Chemical Mixer:
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor various chemical processing equipment, including mixers, pumps, and filtration systems.
- Safely handle, measure, and mix raw materials and chemicals according to precise specifications.
- Adjust controls to regulate temperatures, pressures, and chemical reactions to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine sampling, testing, and inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of production data, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), handling hazardous materials safely, and participating in emergency response drills.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues in the production process or chemical equipment malfunctions.
- Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to production schedules.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in chemical processing in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills for precise measurements and adjustments.
- Proficiency in operating control systems and computer software used in chemical production.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards in all aspects of work.

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Chemical Mixer for our client in Kernersville. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent experience with following formulas, chemical mixing and using precision measuring instruments. This position 12am-8am, Monday-Friday.
