Medical Assistant
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an Certified Medical Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity located in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of CMA experience and has an active Certified or Registered Certification.
- Monday - Friday ( some late night coverage, no more then 2-3 days per week, no later than 6:00-7:30PM )
- $18- $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers.
- Assists in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of the physician (vitals, injections, sterilizing processing).
- Greet patients upon arrival and prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients, ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and the public.
- Update patient medical records and prescription lists.
- Record and process patient care documentation quickly and accurately within the Electronic Medical Record software.
- Prescription refills.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
