Job Requirements of Maintenance Technician:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on injection molding machines, auxiliary systems, and facility infrastructure.

Inspect, diagnose, and test machinery to identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to promptly resolve technical challenges and support continuous operations.

Accurately document maintenance activities, including work orders, service records, and parts inventory.

Adhere to safety protocols and company standards in all maintenance procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Support the installation, alignment, and startup of new equipment and systems.

Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a molding or manufacturing setting.

Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Familiarity with PLC programming and robotic systems is a strong advantage.

Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and manuals.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
Work Environment:

Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature changes.

Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and use of hand and power tools.
