Essential Functions and Duties

• Assist with the setup and preparation of picking aisles, packing, and processing stations, including assembling and stocking shipping supplies.
• Pick products accurately and efficiently from bin locations based on assigned customer orders, ensuring correct quantities and lot numbers.
• Package outbound shipments according to established procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent damage in transit.
• Process orders using the company interface in compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist in completing and filing the monthly Facility Maintenance Report.
• Support the unloading and staging of inbound shipments.
• Assist in the loading of outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA and other applicable standards.
• Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality for internal and external customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations.
• Represent the company professionally at all times in both behavior and appearance.
• Demonstrate dedication to role responsibilities and consistently meet assigned goals.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Must be able to count and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (EWM/ERP) a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established safety protocols.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
