- Receives assignments and instructions from the supervisor, gathering necessary tools and materials.

- Executes operational functions (handling tools, loading/unloading) accurately to meet quality standards and optimize efficiency.
- Troubleshoots routine tasks independently and complex ones with supervision, inspecting tools/parts for defects and reworking as needed.
- Records process data and reports deviations to the supervisor, collaborating on performance evaluations and process improvements.
- Participates in training programs, assists in onboarding new hires, and maintains a clean work environment.
- Adheres to safety regulations and promotes a team-oriented attitude, striving for continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.

Production Operator (2nd Shift)
Our client is seeking production operators for 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm) in Greensboro. The position is temp-to-hire and the candidate will train on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) for 2-3 weeks.
The qualified candidate will need to consistently perform various coating process tasks—such as blasting, cleaning, fixturing, and inspecting—while meeting company and customer specifications. Adhere to safety and quality regulations, corporate requirements, and production standards, while supporting machine operators and other departments to ensure timely order delivery.
