Customer Service Logistics Coordinator
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator for a full-time opportunity based in High Point, NC. This is a temp-to-hire position with a strong focus on long-term growth and stability.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in trucking/dispatch or manufacturing customer service and order entry. The position will primarily support domestic freight operations, coordinating both FTL and LTL shipments, along with daily truck scheduling.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $18 – $21/hour (based on experience)
- Environment: Small office setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate truck scheduling (LTL & FTL)
- Manage domestic freight shipments (occasional Canada shipments)
- Perform order entry and maintain customer relationships
- Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with logistics planning and shipping coordination
