Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
• Regularly examine and maintain facility systems, including but not limited to manufacturing equipment, plumbing, roofing, drainage systems, workshops, and outdoor areas.
• Perform basic and routine repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, PLC troubleshooting, and other related maintenance tasks, adhering to proper maintenance practices and codes.
• Assist with the setup, adjustment, or enhancement of building systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and current records of service and replacement data for facility equipment and machinery.
• Notify the appropriate manager of any significant repair needs or equipment upgrades.
• Address maintenance and repair issues promptly and efficiently.
• Propose improvements to maintenance procedures or identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify safety hazards or malfunctioning components.
• Ensure new installations comply with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times.
• Demonstrate a high level of skill and proficiency across all maintenance operations.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations in all activities.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance field.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, gear pumps, motors, and PM’s.
• Experience in electrical, HVAC, pressure vessels, plumbing systems, welding, and other maintenance skills.
• Flexible to work on-call hours, as required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
