Job Requirements of Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Job Duties
- Responsible for billing jobs, work orders, and Sales Tax
- Support customer pay applications
- Create and collect vendor and subcontractor lien waivers
- Update billing info within ERP system
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Make collections calls on a routine basis
- Support departmental month-end and year-end close
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- College Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
- Exposure to online customer portals for billing a plus
- Experience with a fully integrated ERP system
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experienced accounting professional with a Construction Industry background for a new Accounts Receivable focused opportunity with our client in the High Point area. This position will be responsible for a variety of invoicing, payment application, and collections duties, and will interact with various levels of management, clients, and corporate partners.
